Meet Cookie
Cookie - Female - DOB- 8/15/23
Cookie and her sister Pretzel came into NALA Rescue back in November, and Oh My Gosh they were SOOOOOOOO Sick when they arrived. Terrible Upper Respiratory Infection, Ringworm all over their bodies, Giardia AND Coccidia, and they had Calicivirus. With SO much against them, we didn't know if they would survive....... But They DID!!!!!!
Because of their multiple illnesses, their growth was moderately/severely stunted. When they were Five months old, they only weighed 3lbs. Now that they no longer need 5-6 medications per day, they have been spayed and weigh a Hefty 5lbs!!!
We are not sure if the illnesses stunted their growth, we truly are not sure, but Cookie and Pretzel are going to be very petite ladies once they are fully grown!

Scritchy, scratchy, Sharpen my toenails! I love a good cardboard scratcher, but snuggling is my favorite. I’m a little nervous at first, but I warm up. Sometimes I growl just to hear my own voice. Doesn't everyone talk to themselves?
