Meet Cocoa **bonded with Hersheys**

Cocoa, aka Cocoa Puff, is a 6 month old kitten full of cuteness and cuddles. (and the occasional shenanigan or two) Cocoa loves to play with any and every toy. They are all so much fun, especially wand toys. Her most favorite way to have fun is to play with her brother, whom she is very bonded with. She also loves to cuddle up with her brother in the cat tower and snoop on the neighbors in her through the window.

Both she and her brother Hersheys loves climbing on their foster mom’s lap and cuddle. They just discovered bird and aquarium videos, which their foster mom plays for them on her phone while they cuddle. Their excitement is adorable. As soon as Hersheys jumps off his foster mom’s lap, Cocoa settles in and takes a nap. Most nights her foster mom wakes up in the night to find Cocoa cuddled on her lap or in the crook of her arm.

Cocoa and her brother were found outside with their mama. While their mama was socialized and comfortable with people, Cocoa and Hersheys were not. Even still, while she trusts her foster mom completely, Cocoa will cower when her foster mom reaches out to pet her. Loud noises startle her and she runs for a place to hide. She very much follows her brother’s lead to see if someone is safe. Because they are so bonded, they need to be adopted together.
With her easily startled and timid both she and her brother are, they need to go to a home with no children. Their first foster had a young child and it was so scary to them that they needed to move to a foster home with no young children. They were also terrified of their first foster’s dog, so their furever home needs to be dog free. They would possibly do alright with another extremely mellow and relaxed cat, their energy and love of playing might be too overstimulating to another cat. They would do best in a home where they can be the center of attention and know they are safe from scary things.

Cocoa and her brother Hershey’s need to be adopted together. They are both fully vetted. Their adoption fee is $360 for the pair. If you are interested in adopting them, please call their foster mom Jael at 612-760-2635. You can see more pictures of them on facebook at Mama J’s Cat Crazy Life.
