Meet Charlie and Wille Wanka

Introducing Charlie and Willy Wonka! Two male kittens that between them have 8 tiny paws, 2 fuzzy tails, and one eye ??

Yes, you heard that right. ?

Willy Wonka and his brother, Charlie, came to us with significant eye trauma. We don’t know how their little eyes were injured but we sprang into action upon intake. The kittens had multiple vet visits and medication administered around the clock. Sadly, in the past month Willy Wonka lost most of his vision. He is understandably very scared of new people and situations but once he knows your scent and voice he is a purring machine.

Willy Wonka depends on his brother, Charlie, who came to us with an injured right eye. After two weeks of care his eye swelled to the point that our vet recommended immediate removal. Despite the pain Charlie has endured he is a happy, playful kitten.

Charlie and Willy Wonka are a bonded pair. On the day of Charlie’s surgery, Willy Wonka wandered around the foster room, searching and crying for his brother. Charlie and Willy Wonka must be adopted together to a quiet home who will be patient with their transition. These survivors truly need a guardian angel to love them and make them feel safe.
