Casper and Teddy Bear Domestic Short Hair Mix Bellingham, WA

Hi, our names are Casper and Teddy Bear! We are RED pawprints, which means we need an experienced home that meets some specific criteria. Here is what would work best for us in our new home:
-Personality: Casper is curious, silly, and can be shy at times. Teddy Bear is more shy and fearful than his friend Casper.
-Can Live with Cats: Yes, Casper and Teddy Bear would love to go home together although it is not required. They would likely do fine with other cats as long as there is a slow introduction process.
-Can Live with Dogs: Wouldn't recommend since they can be a bit fearful. Could possibly live with a very mellow, smaller, cat-savvy dog.
-Can Live with Kids: If Casper goes home with Teddy Bear then they would need an adult only household. If not, then Casper could live with teens (13 years plus) as long as they respect his space and body language.
-Needs Indoor Only Home: Yes they are not outdoor savvy.
-History of Litter Box Issues: No
-Energy Level: Moderate
-Bite History: No
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes, both need a neuter
Additional Information: Casper and Teddy Bear unfortunately ended up here at the shelter after their owner passed away. They are understandably a bit shaken from the situation, but would love to find a loving forever family to settle down with. The two of them would love to go home together, although it is not required as they don't necessarily seem bonded to one another. Casper is a curious guy who loves to give head butts. He can be easily startled by loud commotion/noise so he would prefer a low-traffic home with no loud kids or dogs. Once Casper settles into his new home he will likely blossom into a snuggly guy who enjoys lounging around on cat-trees and watching birds from the window.
