Casper the Catsanova is a special guy! He came in with some facial lacerations and a ruptured abscess on the side of his head. He had been abandoned outside and was not cut out for life with territorial ferals. A couple of wonderful folks in the neighborhood where he was abandoned got him inside and to us. He was neutered, vaccinated, given antibiotics for his draining abscess, treated for tapeworm, and given some square meals and affection. He quickly showed us that he's a big softie, and now that his injuries have healed, he's ready for adoption!

Casper is getting more outgoing every day. He has that Khao Manee coloring, and he seems to have the personality to go with it. He can still get a little overstimulated sometimes, but he's great at telling you he's stressed so you can give him a little time to decompress. He would do well in a calm home with someone who will help him feel safe. He seems to do okay with other cats, but he needs space to get away and be by himself when he's overstimulated. He should be indoor only.
