Cashew is a gorgeous white and tabby girl with eyes that can peer right into your soul. She is very smart, which means that she might get into a little mischief every now and then (she knows where her food is and will help you serve it!).

She has a singsong trill/chirp when she is playing and her long tail curls adorably into a question mark when she is happy. She will greet your guests and it will take only a short time for them to become best friends. Most importantly, she wants to be your bed friend. Cashew enjoys sleeping on top of you, between you and your partner, next to you, and especially under your chin. She might also come behind you to groom your hair while you're watching tv on the couch.

Snuggle buddy is a prerequisite for her new guardians. Cashew would do very well in a home with other cats and can possibly be adopted solo for the right fit. She can also be adopted with her foster sisters Lilah (the tuxedo shown in one of the photos) or Poppy (see their profiles here, too). Cashew is about 2 years old (as of summer 2024), spayed, and negative for FIV and FeLV.
