Cammie came to us in February 2024 as part of a humane investigation and has been making great strides in coming out of her shell. Cammie would love to find a more relaxed home where she can take all the time she needs to let her true personality shine!
Cammie enjoys attention as long as it comes to her on her own terms. She does get shy when reached for too quickly and does best when she is able to come up to new people at her own speed to get pets. Butt scratches are the biggest way to this girl's heart and her favorite spot to get pets! Cammie loves to curl up in a cozy cat tree or cat bed and you will occasionally see her chasing around a ball in our cattery or bouncing around the cattery cat trees.
This petite girl loves spending time with other cats and may do well in a home with other felines to keep her company! She is very cuddly and playful when it comes to other cats and having another kitty in the home may help boost her confidence when it comes to interacting with people. We have not seen Cammie interact with dogs but we would be willing to try her in a home with a calmer dog that would allow her time to settle in. Cammie has enjoyed her children visitors as long as they are respectful of her space and allow her to come to them on her own terms.
