Meet Callie

"Hi, my name is Callie. I am not too sure how I ended up on the streets, but there I was fending for myself at such a young age! Luckily, a kind neighbor brought me indoors just as it was starting to get really cold outside. She quickly realized how lovey and gentle I am.

So far I have been adjusting to a new life of luxury. I enjoy playing, napping and most of all being around my people! I have quickly become attached to human interaction and I crave being able to snuggle up next to them. At first, when I was adjusting to my new surroundings - I did not like the other resident cats, or maybe I was just really scared of them since it was all so new. Now, I don't mind them at all and will even try to play with them. They hiss at me and don't care much for me now so my efforts are all in vein! I think I could do well with a cat-friendly dog or another kitten/cat to share a home with."
