If you are looking for a distinctive and special guy, Bruce could very well be the one to capture your heart! This young tabby with the bobtail and left ear tip tells you he has some unique features. Bruce was rescued by a colony-feeder who realized that outside was no place for him when she discovered he had a bit of a head-tremor. Bruce was diagnosed with cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), a non-progressive developmental condition in which the cerebellum of the brain is incompletely formed. For Bruce, this condition is mild, but with no tail either he does not have all of the easy mobility that cats without CH have. Bruce knows no different, however, and is quite spry, playing and engaging with other cats, with whom he gets along seamlessly.

Although Bruce is a tad shy and cautious, he is optimistic and once he gets to know you, he is a wonderfully loyal friend. There may be some time for acclimation and assimilation into just the perfect home since Bruce may need a few extra props to get him on top of the sofa or the bed. This gentle boy has left his rough start behind him and is truly ready for a warm, permanent place to call his own. He may be a little wobbly on his feet, but he's totally a reliable guy for a lifetime of love!
