Meet Berlioz
BERLIOZ / 13 YEARS / DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR CAT
He's got the French name, but Berlioz doesn't require a passport! Berlioz is a gentle giant, a friendly and social cat, who loves attention from people and
will occasionally be your lap cat too. He is an extremely smart cat with a fun and spunky spirit! Berlioz still enjoys laser pointers, toy mice, and glitter balls, as well as cardboard scratchers, especially with catnip his favorite treat. Don't mind his goofy ear - he just has some residual scar tissue from an old ear hematoma. He came to Grey Face Rescue because he was not getting along well with two new younger cats in his prior home.
Dogs: Yes. Berlioz has had some past negative experiences with dogs, so he is cautious. He would best fit with a low energy, calm dog and proper introductions.
Cats: Yes. Berlioz currently gets along very well with another senior female cat at Grey Face Rescue. He would best fit with another senior cat with proper introductions.
Kids: Yes! Tolerant to young kids and will find his own space when needed.
Health Concerns: Berlioz is currently on a limited ingredient dry food (non-prescription) diet to help ease his sensitive stomach. He responds really well when he's exclusively fed this food.
