Meet BEORN
BEORN is a 4 year old domestic short hair cat taken in on 11/13/23 as a homeless cat. This hunk, 14.6 solid pounds of love, is recently retired from the wandering life of a tomcat. Soon his chunky, chonky cheeks will be will shrink in size as his hormones diminish from his recent neuter. Unfortunately, this guy wasn't rescued in time to be saved from FIV. When cats are unaltered and outdoors for any amount of time, males will fight and bite each other and they'll bite females, thus spreading FIV. Cats with FIV live long, healthy, happy lives, and Beorn is strong and healthy, but this could have been avoided. Full of personality and charm, Beorn is a greeter who enjoys people. His adoption fee of $70 has been sponsored for an adopter who will provide him an indoor ONLY home with either FIV positive cats or where he is the only cat. Beorn is neutered, current on shots and microchipped.
