Benji is a shy upon first meeting him but don't let this guy fool you, he is full of courage and spunk. He is an active fellow who is not only a night owl but a early riser too. He likes to wake his foster mom up in the morning by playing with her feet under the covers. He and his brother Grayson are pretty bonded. Benji enjoys all the cats in his foster home. It would be a really good idea if they were adopted together. Benji loves to play on the cat tree and with feather toys. He likes petting on his own terms and does not seem to mind to be picked up by his people. The best home match for Benji is a calm home with either no children or children 12 & over. He will need extra time to come out of his shell in his new home. He needs an adopter that wants to be apart of Benji blooming into the cat he was born to be. Allowing this to happen on Benji's own time is the key to success and just letting him be and having no expectations of when he will bond with his new family. It will happen, it just takes an adopter that is truly cool with not directing attention in his direction until he starts asking for it. Benji needs a home with at least one other cat friendly playful cat (hopefully Grayson). His estimated dob is 9/15/2020. He is litter trained and has never marked his territory.

Adoption fee $100. Benji is fully vetted. The adoption fee reimburses for a portion of the cost of all the vetting.
Benji has been neutered, dewormed, felv/fiv tested (negative), core cat vaccinations, rabies vaccination, flea & tick prevention and microchipped with 24 hour Petwatch.
If Benji and Grayson where adopted together adoption fee will be reduced to $75 each ($150 together).

Rescue story-Toby, Tanner, Benji and Grayson were born to a feral mother that has since been spayed and released. A sweet couple decided to intervene to give her kittens the life their mother never had. The couple took had the kittens in, vetted and kept them while they made sure they were socialized before placing them up for adoption.
