Meet Bebe

Bebe was rescued from a bad living situation with Sparky. She is 10 years old. She is very, very skittish. We have worked and worked with her with little improvement. She is sweet with foster family but we know she would take a lot of time to adjust. She will need someone very patient to work with her and give her time. An older person would adore her.
