Meet Artie
Artie is an FIV+ kitty. His owner wanted him euthanized but the vet techs reached out to us. FIV is an autoimmune disease in cats. It is not contagious except via a very deep bite wound. We have FIV+ cats mixed in with non FIV without any issues. Artie will need to be kept inside so that he is less susceptible to viruses. He gets along with other cats, and our personal dogs as well. He loves attention and is super friendly! He loves getting in your lap and rolling around, purring. He makes a wonderful companion!
