Ares Domestic Long Hair Mix Saint Marys, PA

Ares is an 8 month old, Domestic Long Hair. He was brought to the shelter after his original owner could no longer afford to keep him. Ares is neutered, updated on his vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, FIV tested negative, and microchipped.

This handsome guy is having a hard time adjusting to his new life at the shelter and his unease can cause him to be hissy and defensive at times. Because of this, we recommend that he go to a special and patient family that doesn't mind introducing him properly into their home and giving him the extra time that he needs to learn to trust them.

Ares seems to get along well with most other cats, but we do recommend that he go to a home without any young children. We are unsure of how he would react to dogs.
