 Sierra can be a tough case, but not for the right person. She and I bonded instantly over singing children's songs together. She is very cat like in her affections, there are times she loves to be cuddled and get neck rubs, especially when she has pin feathers, and when she is done with that you absolutely have to respect her or she'll explain it to you. There are also some days where she is happier not coming out. The best thing I can say is don't be afraid of her, and don't be afraid of taking a bite. If she thinks she can buffalo you she will. But if she picks you, the only time getting bit is a possibility is if she is feeling jealous with other people around. She can be very fiercely protective of her bond as many macaws are. She is always great for nail trims. She loves having "Row row your boat" sung to her at bedtime. She enjoys being covered at night. She has a huge vocabulary. She enjoys being misted for bath time.
