Sapphire and Gretchen Parrot Conure Battle Creek , MI

Gretchen and Sapphire are a bonded siblings pair of Green Cheek Conures who were part of an intentional breeding situation in their last home.

They've always been together and should not be separated.

They are less than 3 years old, but completely untrained and unhandled. The right family will be willing to earn their trust for taking treats from hand, and then be willing to target train them individualy a few times a day for a couple of minutes each. Following that training protocol consistently should both allow for human bonds to grow for them, and transform them into well behaved little GCC's pretty quickly.

These kids are currently caged together and love to play and be silly and "talk" to the other conures around them, they really like Teegan (another conure in our program).

Regardless of where you adopt, never send deposits or money over the internet for animals you haven't met in person, no matter what they tell you. Reputable rescues (or anyone, really) don't ship animals to people they've never met. It's not safe and there are too many scams happening. Be safe!

Adoption Fee: $500 for both of them to an approved home. We do also have cages available at the rescue for reasonable prices.
