Hello! My name is Peter, and I am a Cockatiel. Nice to meet you! I was hatched November of 2019. My previous family loved me very much but had to relinquish me due to family circumstances. I am still getting use to my foster family, but I enjoy talking with my other feathered and furry foster family friends which makes it an easier transition for me.

I am an adventurous little dude that loves to whistle and sing to everyone in the house. One might say I’m a ladies' man because I like to whistle at the ladies. I also sing songs that everyone can’t help but smile at each time they hear me. I love to listen to music and chit chat with my foster family.

I am currently on a seed diet, but my foster family is trying to change it to a more sensible pellet diet. I’m not very happy about it but I am learning! The vet I went to also said I am a very healthy boy because of all the flying I’ve done my entire life! Because I was free flying since a fledgling, I pretty much was free flighted until I retired for the night to sleep. My bedtime is at 7:30pm and I whistle myself to sleep at night and can be heard making very faint kisses. I would make an excellent family member and would love to find my forever home!

An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird’s cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
