Paco Parrot Macaw Battle Creek , MI

Paco is a 15ish year old Scarlet Macaw, believed to be male.

Paco can be an aggressive bird, with a bit of a stubborn streak on him.

He may need to be an only bird in the home as he became aggressive to others in his previous living situation, and we can confirm he is aggressive to other birds when he's in the rescue.

If you're interested in Paco you are going to need experience and will either need to be willing to work with a behaviorist (we can recommend one that is affordable), or to joint The Parrot Project at the Animal Behavior Center.

He is curious and involved in everything you are doing and a pretty funny guy but this one is not for the faint of heart. Without working through the issues, Paco can be aggressive, bitey and high strung.

Paco is waiting for someone able to work through and get to the other side with him in trust.
