Kiwi and Stormy Indian Ringneck Pair Parrot Ringneck / Psittacula Battle Creek , MI

Kiwi and Stormy are a pair of Indian Ringneck that have been housed together since we got them out of a hoarding seizure a few years ago. They are fairly wild - but for the right person who is willing to work with them would be a great pair to put in separate enclosures at night and for training to work with them, while letting them interact during the day. They are not mate bonded to one another - but do seem to enjoy being together. The one with a ring (Stormy) is a boy, the one with no ring (Kiwi) is a girl. A no-breed contract will be in place although we don’t expect these guys to suddenly start liking each other like that.

If you’re interested in adopting Kiwi and Stormy put your application in at www.birdsandbeaks.org/adopt We have an adoption radius of 350 miles of Battle Creek, Michigan but will expand for the right homes.  We never ship birds, and if you’re out side that radius, the contract you sign will require you to bring her back to the rescue at your expense if for any reason it doesn’t work out.

No matter who you adopt from, know that no rescue is shipping birds that is reputable, and that anyone who says they’ll ship you a bird is likely telling you whatever you need to hear to scam you.  Don’t send money over the internet for animals.  Meet in person or not at all. Stay safe!
