Meet Huey, Duey, Louie, and Stewie

Huey, Duey, Louie, and Stewie are four adorable, friendly rouen and khaki drakes who need a good, safe home! They were dumped in a large group at a pond right before temperatures plummeted, when the pond would have frozen leaving them without water to drink, swim, or use to escape predators. Luckily all were rescued and we are adopting these boys out in two groups of 4. These boys get along great without other females to compete over, so consider starting a little bachelor flock. If you have other ducks, you might want to consider a separate enclosure for these boys to keep the peace.They are very friendly, chatty, and will take blueberries right from your hand. They are still figuring out about other fruits and veggies, but they LOVE their duck food and spend the days dunking, preening, gossiping, and swimming. These boys will absolutely make you smile. Unlike females, males are quieter and don't have any of the reproductive issues associated with egg laying. Predator proof homes only--- send us a picture of your set up to be considered to adopt, otherwise we can advise on what you need!
