Fazzi Parrot Quaker Parakeet Battle Creek , MI

Fazzi is a 15 year old Green Pallid Quaker that is a little love muffin. Like all quakers, he has a bit of a cage aggression issue - but outside of the cage he’s a sweet little guy who loves hanging with his humans. Our hope for Fazzi is that he ends up with someone where he’ll get to be the center of their universe with them doing what they do with them, just being a little Velcro nugget. He would be a great fit for someone who is a bit older who thinks they’re “too old to have a bird” since he’s halfway through his 30+ year lifespan. You can grow old together with a loveable little goofball.

He was with his human his whole life who got him as a kid. She took a job in London, and as such - it’s really intense to try to get a bird through CITES and exported into another country.

If you’re interested in adopting  Fazzi put your application in at www.birdsandbeaks.org/adopt We have an adoption radius of 350 miles of Battle Creek, Michigan but will expand for the right homes.  We never ship birds, and if you’re out side that radius, the contract you sign will require you to bring her back to the rescue at your expense if for any reason it doesn’t work out.

No matter who you adopt from, know that no rescue is shipping birds that is reputable, and that anyone who says they’ll ship you a bird is likely telling you whatever you need to hear to scam you.  Don’t send money over the internet for animals.  Meet in person or not at all. Stay safe!
