Meet Duff and Nasty - A Pair of Green Cheek Conures
Duff and Nasty are Green Cheek Conures. Duff is 8, Nasty is about 21. They are bonded and housed together and are sweet, happy little birds. Nasty loves to fly, fly, fly - but also likes to cuddle down when she’s done with that, and Duff wants to cuddle down, and only occasionally flies. These were a pair of birds we picked up on the East Coast trip with the Busted A$$ Bird Buggy we did. Their mama has a terminal illness and as such wanted to get them into the rescue to safely get them placed in a home.
If you’re interested in adopting Duff and Nasty put your application in at www.birdsandbeaks.org/adopt We have an adoption radius of 350 miles of Battle Creek, Michigan but will expand for the right homes.  We never ship birds, and if you’re out side that radius, the contract you sign will require you to bring her back to the rescue at your expense if for any reason it doesn’t work out.
No matter who you adopt from, know that no rescue is shipping birds that is reputable, and that anyone who says they’ll ship you a bird is likely telling you whatever you need to hear to scam you.  Don’t send money over the internet for animals.  Meet in person or not at all. Stay safe!
