Meet Dijon

Little Dijon had one rough start to life, but she had a whole team of guardian angels looking over her! Her first angel was the one who found her huddling behind some trash cans with a compound fracture in her leg. Her first angel scooped her up and contacted Palomacy, where her second angel appeared. One of our dear volunteers took Dijon in for the night and triaged her. The next day, Dijon was taken to the vet to help save her life since her leg had become necrotic and needed emergency amputation. The staff at Medical Center for Birds were her next set of guardian angels. Now Dijon is healed up and with her foster family (also guardian angels!) and is awaiting a forever home that will provide all the safety and soft comforts she needs.
