This is the accepted method of feral cat population control throughout North America. Community groups, public policy makers, vets, military personnel, wildlife biologists, humane organizations and animal shelters need to all work together in developing policies, practices and programs to effect humane population control of feral cats. Feral Care is dedicated to the active development of these alliances. <h3>Adopting a friend</h3> Feral Care is not a shelter . We are individuals working together to educate and to provide resources for others who need assistance with their TNR efforts.
