Who We Are
Richmond Animal Control consists of one full time Animal Control Officer, Anne Fisher #30, and two part time Assistant Animal Control Officers., Assist ACO Jillett # 31, and Assist. ACO Flaherty #32. We are part of the Richmond Police Department and cover seven days a week in the Animal Control World. We are a small facility, but handle a larger assortment of animals, from domestic to exotic, large and small.
