We have many special pets at The Wayne County Humane Society. The volunteers and staff work hard to make the animals at the shelter happy, healthy and comfortable. We use Rescue Groups, and Foster Homes along with adoptions to get as many animals out of the shelter as possible. Euthanasia is our last choice and we try to use every out possible to place our animals in happy forever homes. We are a privately funded 501c3 organization and roughly
75% of our budget comes from donations, please help out if you can.
