We have adoption events once a month at the Linton Orscheln Farm and Home store. Dates/times will be posted beforehand.
Our group was created to help unwanted, abandoned, homeless, neglected, abused and surrendered animals. Our mission is to rescue the animals whether large or small, rehabilitate them, have them vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and rehome them. Our group is formerly known as Greene County Indiana Pet Connection.
We are registered with the State of Indiana as a non profit organization. We are currently in the process of becoming a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. All expenses come out of our own pockets, fundraisers, and donations. 100% of all donations and money collected from fundraisers goes towards the care of our rescue animals. We have no paid employees and no one is on salary. We are an "open door" rescue, that means we will take in any animal regardless of age, health, or temperament. We do not have "set" hours and are willing to help 24/7.
We operate by appointment only. We have to operate this way because we do not have a building yet so we operate out of 8 different homes throughout Greene County.
