The animal control shelters are overloaded with dogs, and
when they are out of space, the dogs are out of time. We desperately need additional foster homes so we can pull more dogs and keep them from being euthanized. Who We Are
Mostly Mutts is a non-profit, all volunteer organization. We pull dogs from a local animal shelter each week. We house, rehabilitate and vet the dogs then adopt them to families who pass our screening process. We emphasize spay/neuter in our community through the "Stop 'LITTERING' Spay/Neuter " campaign.
Adopting a friend
Our adopton fee is $175 and includes S/N, microchip, UTD on shots, deworming and a heartworm test on dogs over 6 months. The application must be approved with reference checks, then a contract is signed. Must be 21 or over,

SATURDAYS at PetSmart in Kennesaw, off Barrett Pkwy., 11 am to 4 pm. The address is 860 Cobb Place Blvd., Kennesaw and
SUNDAYS at PetSmart in Acworth, on Cobb Pkwy, - hwy #41, noon to 4 pm. The address is 3335 Cobb Pkwy. NW and is just north of Acworth Due West Rd.
The shelter is NOT open to meet the dogs during the week. Please come to PetSmart on Sat. or Sun. to meet our dogs.
