Personality: Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc), Inquisitive, Chatty, Enjoys being held, Sweet

Favorite treats: Winslow loves cucumber, carrots, celery, lettuce, and basil

Favorite toys and activities: Winslow likes to sleep in his pigloo or his cuddle cup. He enjoys eating hay. He doesn't mind lap time and enjoys floor time. He loves hanging out with Percy

Potty trained: No

This animal daily routine: In the morning he gets a Vitamin C treat and gets a serving of pellets for breakfast. In the evening he gets a cranberry cookie treat and a serving of pellets for dinner. He gets a big pile of hay in the morning and it is refreshed in the evening after his cage is cleaned. Throughout the day he gets various veggie treats. In the afternoon and evening, he has lap or floor time. Lately, he's been watching season 3 of Stranger Things, he seems to enjoy it.

BFF: Winslow & Percy are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: Guinea pigs. He is bonded to Percy and really enjoys his company though they both need space or they get irritable. He does not like other boars

Health concerns: Winslow's impaction issues are needing more frequent cleanings. The mostly hay diet has helped keep most poos formed, though every couple of days he gets a plug of feces and gluey secretion that needs to be extracted. We've been gently washing the sac under warm water. We have not been using soap or shampoos. The more frequent cleanings help keep the poo plug smaller. He seems relieved when we clean out his booty. He's been making fewer straining noises as we've increased the sac cleanings.

Behavioral concerns: Winslow is in our trust training program for his shy behavior, He is very scared of hands and fingers. He will approach you but runs away when you try to touch him or pick him up. We are trying to show him hands aren't scary by always holding a treat any time we put our hands in the cage.

Other notes: Winslow loves to beg for treats, he stands up like a little T-Rex. He is a very loving boy and likes to sit on your lap but he would do best with an owner who is patient and can give him attention to bring him out of his shell.

Fun fact about Winslow, he likes to wear his pigloo like a turtle shell.

Cute thing: Winslow hops inside his giraffe cuddle cup when it's time for lap time, he likes to be carried in it rather than be picked up from his belly.
