Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.

Personality: Inquisitive, Friendly toward humans, Playful, Energetic, Enjoys being held, Readily allows you to pick it up, Sweet

Favorite treats: Yogurt drops and sunflower seeds!

Favorite toys and activities: Running through plastic/cardboard tunnels and making his own tunnels in his bedding, running on his wheel, exploring in his ball, eating treats, interacting with his foster mom.

Potty trained: No

This animal daily routine: Tutter wakes up early in the morning with his foster mom when she refills his water and food dish and gives him a couple treats. He usually goes back to sleeping when she leaves for work and wakes up again around six in the evening and runs on his wheel. He’s usually held and given treats at this time as well. He is put in his wheel for thirty minutes every evening around eight pm.

BFF (Does this animal have or need a same species friend in their home?): None. Tutter prefers to live on his own.

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: Has seen a large dog through his cage and doesn’t seem to care.

Tutter found his way to MNPPR after not being the right fit for his previous owners.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Tutter’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Eagan PetSmart - 1297 Promenade Pl, Eagan, MN 55121 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
