Ruby and Violet are sisters with a lot of love to give. They are very friendly. They love kale, carrots, and chewing on cardboard! <br/><br/>They are being fostered near Cobleskill, NY but transport to Albany can be arranged.<br/><br/>We follow the habitat guidelines from BCSPCA which currently recommends a minimum cage size of 10 gallon per gerbil, plus topper. The bigger, the better.<br/><br/>Additionally, we require a wheel that is at least 10 inches, as gerbils' backs must be straight when running.<br/><br/>Please be prepared to provide photos of your habitat and habitat accessories.<br/><br/>Given that anesthesia is risky for small mammals, gerbils will be left intact. However, breeding is absolutely not permitted and you will be required to enter into a no-breeding agreement.<br/><br/>Adoption fee is a donation of your choice.
