Meet Rosie
Rosie - for FREE adoption to a home with or without another ferret. She's five years old and still very active. She likes to get into everything. Rosie follows me around and wants to play all the time. She's got a great personality.
She's aggressive with most ferrets. So, if she goes to a home with another ferret, it needs to be able to hold its own.
She has adrenal disease. This is very common in ferrets and is not contagious. She received a Suprelorin (Des) implant and a melatonin implant as treatment. The Des implant is good for 12 months and costs about $165 to replace. The melatonin implant lasts four months and is $45.
