Hi, my name is Oreo! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:

-Personality: Timid, Mellow, Curious
-Can live with kids: Yes - gentle, respectful children of all ages. Children CANNOT be my primary caregivers - that's an adult responsibility - but they can help handle me!
-Experienced guinea pig home: Previous ownership not required, but you must be educated about guinea pig care.
-Can live with other guinea pigs: Yes, I have been living with Dewey & Caramel successfully for the last year and could potentially live with other male guinea pigs after a proper introductory period.
-Bite History: None reported
-Additional information: Oreo is a young male guinea pig with his whole life ahead of him. Guinea pigs can live up to 8 years! He will need a nice roomy cage with daily exercise. His diet should consist of unlimited grass hay for free feeding, high quality guinea pig pellets, and fresh greens offered every day. He will become more comfortable with humans with regular, respectful handling and socialization.
