Meet Minnie
Hi, I'm Minnie the Chinchilla. I'm about eight years old and am the cutest, sweetest most adorable lil' fluffy lady. Will you adopt me, please?
I'd love for whoever adopts me to have had experience with chinchillas. I do have specific needs and to have a knowledgeable adopter would make my adjustment much easier!
I would also love to have a quiet home setting. When there is a lot of commotion, I actually become anxious, and my fur falls out. A calm setting is so appealing to me. I'm still trying to figure out things here at the shelter. I like to eat treats from your hand but am working to become comfortable when being picked up.
I'm not sure how I feel about living with another chinchilla but if there is a way to separate us if we don't get along well, that may be an option!
The humans here say that I'm exceptionally round and kissable and that they love me very much already. Please call (219) 872-4499 if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet me.
