BFF (Does this animal have or need a same species friend in their home?): Yes, Crystal is bonded to Gem! They should be adopted as a pair and probably not introduced to other gliders given their history of unsuccessful introductions to a single female glider with aggressive behavior.

Other notes: Crystal gets angry and will yell at you when you disrupt her sleeping! She is very chatty!

Crystal & Gem originally came to MNPPR as a part of a hoarding case from SD. Sadly after their recent adoption, they were returned to our care at no fault of their own.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Crystal’s foster parent prefers to meet at the MPLS Quarry PetSmart - 1640 New Brighton Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55413, or Roseville PetSmart - 2480 Fairview Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Crystal & Gem have a combined adoption fee of $275

Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.
