Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.

Estimated birth date: 4/2/2017

Personality: Friendly toward humans, Lazy, Cuddly, Mouthy (puts mouth on you but does not bite down, usually thinking your fingers are food)

Favorite treats: He enjoys all the food, especially water

Favorite toys and activities: Laying on the hay and eating

Potty trained: Does not use a litter box but only potties in cage

This animal daily routine: He drinks lots of water everyday.

BFF (Does this animal have or need a same species friend in their home?): Yes! Cookie is BFF’s with Cream!

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: None

Health concerns: Due to Cookies age, he experiences perineal sac impaction. Regular cleanings may be necessary. He is also being treated with antibiotics after a nose bleed believed to be caused by an ear infection. Medications will be completed on 7/6/2020

Behavioral concerns: None

Other notes: Cookies is so adorable. Just make sure his water bottle is always full.

Cookies & Cream found their way to MNPPR after their previous owner was unable to continue to provide proper care.

Due to our rescue being foster based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Cookie’s foster parent prefers to meet at the MPLS Quarry PetSmart - 1640 New Brighton Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55413 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
