Meet Caroline
Estimated birth date: 4/7/21
Personality: Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc), Inquisitive, Playful, Energetic, Sweet
Favorite treats: Granola and Animal Lovens Pretzel Treats
Favorite toys and activities: Running on her wheel, interior decorating (she and her sister are constantly reorganizing their cage and bedding!)
Potty trained: Haven’t tried yet!
This animal daily routine: Not a very strict routine, but she gets scatter fed in the morning, and occasionally comes out to say hi whenever she hears her foster family enter the room her bin cage is in! She is most active early in the morning and later at night.
BFF (Does this animal have or need a same species friend in their home?): Yes! Caroline is bonded to her sister Jodi!
Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: Seen through the cage - cats and rats. She didn't react at all or seem to notice/care.
Has this animal been exposed to children? What was their reaction? Has not been exposed to children.
Health concerns: None

Other notes: Caroline is a playful and energetic sweetheart! She is shier than her sister Jodi, but she is very curious and often says hi through the cage. She loves to play with her sister, run around, and explore her cage. She's not ready to cuddle when being held, but she enjoys exploring your hands and hair to learn more about you and her surroundings!
Caroline & Jodi came to MNPPR when their previous owner was unable to provide care for an unexpected litter after they were weaned.
Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Caroline’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Roseville PetSmart - 2480 Fairview Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Caroline & Jodi have a combined adoption fee of $8
Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.
We absolutely DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS! Please do not ask.
