Favorite toys and activities: Running on her wheel and burrowing in her bedding

Potty trained: Haven't tried

This animal’s daily routine: In the early evening, Her foster will feed her, refill her water bottle, and clean her wheel. Then they work on trust training.

BFF (Does this animal have or need a friend of the same species in their home?): No, this animal prefers to live alone.

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: Dog. Nervous.

Other notes: Candy is a very sweet young hamster. She is still nervous around humans, but she is slowly growing to trust humans. She loves to burrow, and she is doing well.

Candy came to MNPPR as a transfer when an accidental litter was born.

Due to our rescue being foster based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the Maple Grove PetSmart - 11200 Fountains Dr, Maple Grove, MN 55369 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
