Meet Butch and Sundance

Hi, my name is Butch! Here is what would work best for me in my new home:

-Personality: Shy, curious, active.
-Can live with kids: I can live with gentle, respectful children of all ages. Adults must be my primary caregiver - I require more care and maintenance than a young child can be responsible for.
-Energy level: Medium
-Lifespan: 4 - 8 years
-Can live with other Guinea pigs: Yes! I would very much like to go home with my cagemate Sundance or another male guinea pig. Boys only, please! I came from an overcrowding situation and don't need to make more guinea pigs.
-Bite History: None
-Additional information: Butch came to WHS as part of a multi-shelter effort here in Washington state to deal with a severe overcrowding situation. He is now looking for a home where he can receive the individual care and attention he deserves. He will need a nice roomy cage with daily exercise. With regular gentle handling and some snacks, Butch will become well-socialized to his people as he ages! Guinea pig diets should consist of unlimited grass hay, high quality guinea pig pellets, and fresh greens daily.
