Our Mission
We are Heart and Soul Parrot Rescue . We care for the birds entrusted to us like they are our own with all our heart and soul. Bird ownership is a serious and long term responsibility. It is the policy of Heart and Soul Parrot Rescue to assure that each person who adopts from us is prepared to and aware of the financial , physical and moral responsibilities and are capable of accepting it.
Adoption Policy
You must fill out an application to be considered . You must take a 2 hr class in order to adopt from us. This is Mandatory and not negotiable. You must be willing to have a home check done and do meet & greet with birds. Also you must live within 1 1/2-2 hours of Pittsburgh. We want to get to know you and your personality in order to match you with a companion bird.
