Adoption Policy
To adopt a pet from Holdenville Animal Shelter, you must fill out an adoption application, meet with an adoption counselor and complete an adoption contract. There is an adoption fee of $25 that you will have to pay at City Hall and bring us the receipt. We are currently having free adoptions until the end of July due to our overcrowding situation,
