The Churchill Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in September 2013 in Las Vegas, NV to fulfill the bucket list of a terminally ill dog by the name of Churchill the Polar Bear.Â
Adoption Policy
1.The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application. Depending on demand for a particular animal it can take up to a week for us to process application so please be patient if you don't hear back right away.
2. All approved applications will move on to a meet and greet with the animal. Because we are foster based and don't have a facility we will meet at a mutually agreed upon location.
3.If the meet and greet goes well the next step which is a 2 week trial adoption. The adoption fee is due at this time and will be refunded if the trial isn't successful
4. Once the trial is successful the adoption will be finalized
