Our Mission
Hickory Level Hound Rescue is a Georgia state and county licensed animal rescue based in Carrollton, GA, and we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization; our license gives us the right to pull animals from shelters only. HLHR is not legally allowed to take in strays, nor are we allowed to take in dogs from the public.Â

Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, we require a nonrefundable, $10 application fee. Please log in to PayPal.me/hlhrescue and submit your fee. When we receive your payment, we will send you an application form.Â
