Our Mission
WE ARE NOT A SHELTER but a foster based rescue group.
Did You Know when cats receive just a five-minute dose of attention and affection during their early domestic life, they will become significantly more attached to people.
Rebels Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to facilitate the rescue of and find new homes for stray, abandoned, neglected, abused, and surrendered animals at the high kill shelters in the Tampa Bay and surrounding area.Â
Rebels Rescue animals are placed with foster families. These families are Rebels volunteers who generously open their homes to animals in need. Rebels animals are provided with all necessary veterinary care. They are checked for internal parasites, fleas, and ear mites, then given treatments and immunizations as required. Adoption Policy
To be considered as an adopter you must:Â
• Be 21 years of age or older and have current identification showing your age and present address.Â
• Be willing and able to provide loving attention, medical care, and life-time stability for a animal.Â
• Pay our adoption service fee.Â
• Understand that the Rebels Rescue reserves the right to deny any adoption application.Â
