Our Mission
It Takes a Village Animal Rescue is a 501c3 non profit rescue.
It Takes A Village Animal Rescue, Inc. is a small rescue located outside of Middletown, Delaware. At the moment we primarily deal with dogs, But hope to take in other animals in the future. We primarily pull dogs from the southern rural high kill shelters.
Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adding a new addition to your family, we ask you to fill out an adoption application, once this is approved, a home check will be set up. Â Once the home check is completed and approved, you will have a new addition to your family. Anytime during this process you are welcome to set up a time to come see the animal you are interested in.
You are welcome to come see our animals at the rescue. We require an appointment.
