Xena Rabbit Lop Eared Deerfield, WI

Meet Xena, the Warrior Princess-Bun! This little cutie is a 1.5 year old spayed female who will provide so much fun, entertainment, and love for the person who adopts her. Xena is super-smart and absolutely LOVES food! Her foster person uses that to her advantage by working on training Xena to do tricks at mealtime, and so far Xena has learned to target items with her nose, hop up on her igloo, stand up on her back paws, spin in a circle, and jump into her carrier & crate when the door opens. She has so much fun learning new things and would love a home that continues to provide her with training opportunities!

Xena can be protective of her space, so she should go to a home without young children. Speaking of space, Xena needs a lot of it. She does not do well being confined to a cage and will therefore need a pen and a bunny-proofed room or space to call her own. She does not like her food to be moved around when she is eating it, however she enjoys pets while she is eating and has a very healthy appetite for her hay, Oxbow pellets, and veggies. Blackberries are also a favorite treat! Xena loves getting pets on the top of her head and along her back, however she does not like to be picked up.

She may do better in a home with no other rabbits, however she has done great in the company of her foster person's dogs.
