Tina's Story

Meet Tina! This little 4 pound lady is an investigative, watchful rabbit who will position herself to be able to see everything you are doing from her relaxed and loafed position.

Tina is a bit like an apparition – she has the ability to vanish quickly and loves to hide. She will take treats from you and even sometimes grant you a few scratches to her head before disappearing. Her favorite place to hide and play is with her cat tunnel. She also enjoys digging and would likely keep herself busy with a box or tunnel to excavate.

Tina has good litter habits. Sometimes she even organizes and arranges her litter box to her liking for napping purposes. She eats both Timothy and orchard grass hay. While Tina does not like to be picked up, she does tolerate it (but may hold a grudge). She has also done well with brushing, and her foster mom says her “emo bangs” require regular brushing to prevent matting.

Are you ready to play hide and seek with Tina in your home? If so, please fill out an application at www.iowarabbitrescue.org/adopt. Thanks!
