Thumper and Zena Rabbit Dutch & Florida White Mix Los Angeles, CA

Thumper (named after the bunny from Bambi) is a black and white bunny with one blue eye and one brown, he is half dwarf. He is very loving and will expect lots of head rubs. Despite his name he rarely thumps although he will grunt when displeased, he’s a laid back bunny but very fearful if he do know you. He will cuddle with you for a long time if he’s comfortable. He loves parsley and strawberries.

Zena is an albino bunny with white fur and red eyes she’s very poised in her mannerisms and is a very proper lady. She does not care for rubs unless she’s frightened or in an especially good mood, however when she does start to trust you she will let you closer to her, she is an absolute food hog and will always push the bowl closer to her and coincidentally she does like to thump a lot. Unfortunately she does have a small cut on one ear due to a dog attack which has made her even more fearful than previously.

You will always find them grooming each other or generally is enjoying each other’s company they are completely bonded together. They are always sleeping and playing together. They know each when one of them isn’t around and you can see how uneasy they are. They never ever fight. The only time they chase each other is right when it’s time for dinner or breakfast. They hear the bowls open and start running around and then they will run circles around you. It’s super cute. They know their names and will respond sometimes.

Zena loves bananas. Zena was rescued at 1 years old with bunny world foundation and thumper was given to us when he was 8 weeks old. They are both potty trained and have never lived in a confined space. They have always had access to the entire house. All day and all night. They favor one room but they do love to roam around the house. Zena loves to play in the window drapes. They are very loving and wonderful pets that deserve lots of love.
