Tater Tot Rabbit Lionhead & Angora Rabbit Mix Saint Paul, MN

Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.

Personality: Inquisitive, Friendly toward humans, Friendly toward other animals, Cuddly, Sweet

Favorite treats: Banana, dried cranberries, applewood sticks

Favorite toys and activities: He loves any timothy hay toys, cuddling with Truffle

Potty trained: Litter box trained

This animal daily routine: They get greens in the morning and at night, pellets at night, and hay and water as needed throughout the day. They will also be getting out time mid-day once the Snuffles are gone.

BFF: Tater Tot is bonded with Truffle!

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: Dog- inquisitive. Cat- inquisitive, sniffs through the cage

Health concerns: At the moment they both have the Snuffles. Tater Tot & Truffle each have a cataract in their right eye. This does not affect them negatively but is visible in appearance.

Behavioral concerns: None

Other notes: Tater tot is a super sweet, large lion head rabbit that loves to get on his hind legs to check things out. He is very curious of people and other animals. He's definitely the outgoing one in the couple. Him and Truffle absolutely adore each other and can often be found napping or eating side by side.

Tater Tot & Truffle came to MNPPR after their former owners left them with a roommate and never returned.

Due to our rescue being foster based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Tater Tot’s foster parent prefers to meet at the St Louis Park PetSmart - 5640 Cedar Lake Rd S, Minneapolis, MN 55416 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
